SUMMARY: The Client Services Specialist facilitates communication between Radeas' clients and internal production teams to ensure optimal and efficient daily production, all while demonstrating professionalism through phone, email, and face to face communications.

**2n Shift Hours for this position are Monday- Friday 12pm-8pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for handling all reporting of internal Radeas testing data from Radeas to ordering clinic /provider daily. This includes assisting clients with accessing their results across various platforms of reporting
- Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships throughout all communications (phone, email, face to face) while establishing a professional and empathetic demeanor across all interactions.
- Responsible for assisting Client Services Manager in daily production duties including but not limited to: inter-department communications, problem solving, process improvement goals, and troubleshooting means to improve Radeas efficiency.
- Responsible for entering in patient orders and demographic information into Radeas LIS platform on an as-needed basis as well as assisting in onboarding clients to this platform.
- Responsible for interacting with Radeas staff in interdepartmental projects and providing a supportive link between departments and Radeas clients.
- Exercise careful deliberation and judgment regarding complexities and responsibilities of the position in order to best serve Radeas clients.
- Gain and maintain a working knowledge of Radeas’ system from clinic to billing.

Education and/or Experience:
● Required: High school diploma or equivalent or better. Two years experience in a customer service support role.
● Preferred: Degrees in Business, Communications, or Medical Laboratory Science. Clinical laboratory experience.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with deadlines and time constraints and able to communicate effectively.
● Strong team player, work well with staff and peers and have strong customer service skills. Must work well with others and lead by example.
● Ability to reason through situations and make sound business decisions.
● Strong conflict management skills and the ability to resolve issues objectively and factually.
● Basic understanding of network connections and use of different applicable programs (Adobe, Google, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
● This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday evening (2nd shift 12pm-8pm))
● Additional evening and weekend hours may be required from time to time to accommodate training or business needs.
