RN Nurse Manager at ELFHCC is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff and clinical operations. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and the implementation of effective clinical practices. The RN Nurse Manager collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and supports the mission of ELFHCC to provide accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to underserved populations
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in a primary care or community health setting is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, evaluating, and disciplining employees as necessary.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day clinical operations, including patient flow, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize adverse events and ensure patient safety.
- Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high patient satisfaction.
- Promote patient-centered care and advocate for patient rights and needs.
Assist in the development and management of the nursing department budget.
