Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet financial goals
- Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain quality standards
Skills:
- Previous experience in supervising staff, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems, including POS software
- Understanding of kitchen operations and food industry best practices
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively
