As part of our expansion in the King County, Washington State market, we are seeking an ambitious In Home Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy scaling and increasing sales on behalf of the company. This role will require up to 75% travel in the field. Position Overview:
The In Home Sales Professional will spearhead our growth and establish our presence in the King County, Washington State market. As the In Home Sales Professional, you'll have the unique opportunity to take ownership of your schedule, hire and train your own team, and drive revenue growth for our cutting-edge bath solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct In-home Sales: Drive to confirmed clients' home to perform a professional conversation, product demonstration, and sale
- Close Deals: Successfully closing sales based on quarterly/yearly goals
- Sales Leadership: Lead by example by actively engaging in selling activities and setting the standard for sales excellence.
- Building your Sales Team: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team and call center reps to deliver exceptional results, exceed targets, and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Manage the sales calendar, ensuring reps have enough appointments each day.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals and KPIs for your team, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Develop/present timely and accurate sales reports and sales forecasts for the General Manager/Executive Leadership
- Financing: Assist sales people by processing financing applications and getting them approved for funding
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and accounting to ensure alignment and assist with collections of customer deposits.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated revenue generation on a quarterly/yearly basis.
- Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and leading teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
- In Home Remodeling Experience: Experience in Home Remodeling Business is not required but preferred
- Education: College degree is preferred
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong computer skills, proficient in google docs, spreadsheets, and CRM programs
- Valid Driver’s License
