VP of Sales - HVAC industry
Must have direct experience in the HVAC industry!!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and goals to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably as a Vice President or Director of Sales
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Experience in managing a high-performing sales team
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
