```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, preparation, and service
- Create and execute menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers
- Manage inventory control to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as catering or event planning, to coordinate food service for special events

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in culinary techniques and food management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
