Job Description
This position works closely with the Facilities Director to perform technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the building, grounds, apartments, coworking space, amenities and common areas of the property meet the standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
- Assisting your supervisor with vendor management and other duties
- Preform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
- Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
- Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of various experience in the student/multi-family housing industry, real estate or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Self starter with team first mentality.
- Knowledgeable on current technology such as smart phones, Nest Thermostats, iPad and tablet usage
- Basic maintenance and customer service experience.

2-3 years of Maintenance experience is a requirement.
Prefer prior experience in hospitality or multifamily.
40 hours, full time, weekends and on-call included.
