Position Overview:
As the Insurance Agency Manager, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of Redberry Insurance. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service to our clients. Your leadership will cultivate a motivated team and a positive work environment, positioning our agency for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of insurance agents, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales strategies to achieve business targets, expand our client base, and enhance market presence.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, policy administration, and customer service.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with personalized solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales and management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record in sales, business development, and achieving targets.

Pay: $47,639.33 - $107,372.10 per year
