Responsibilities:
In this role, you will gather the necessary documents, evidence, and other relevant information for each claim. Your primary role includes negotiating settlement offers and working collaboratively with your legal team to prepare demand letters. This individual will be based in our Savannah, GA office.
- Manage a substantial caseload of personal injury claims
- Maintain constant communication with clients and medical providers
- Manage and oversee medical care and treatment plans
- Analyze intake information and relevant documents to plan case strategy
- Oversee the preparation of demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance companies ensuring the best outcomes for our clients
- Work collaboratively with the case management team ensuring high-quality work on each case file
Qualifications & Skills:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association
- Experience in personal injury law managing a heavy caseload. Minimum of 2 years is a plus!
- Must be reliable, act with integrity, and have a passion for delivering results
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Must exhibit a positive attitude, consistency, the ability to uncover deeper client needs, a commitment to being the best, and trust in the process
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
