At JP Wireless, we are seeking to expand our team by hiring an Account Associate. Our Account Associates will have cutting edge knowledge on all products and services our clients offer. The Account Associate will be able to respond to customers inquiries with a profound understanding of services giving them the ability to be the design maker on their best solutions. Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Join our dedicated team of professionals to assist customers directly with their wireless and internet needs by answering questions and inquiries
- Establish rapport with customers to encourage potential referrals, increasing sales, and leading the competition
- As an Account Associate, support the sales team in managing customer accounts, preparing tech based presentations, and managing customers personal information
- Learn how to improve customer profitability when the customer is the decision maker, allowing for an increase ROI in company return
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts and agreements with clients
- Work closely with the sales team, customer service department, and other stakeholders to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- When order processing, manage the order process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timelines
Qualifications of the Account Associate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a customer service environment, exposure to sales in a retail or hospitality setting, or customer facing role is preferred
- Robust communication skills to be able to work with customers daily and explain services available to them
- Ability to be adaptable in a fast face every enhancing tech environment
- Feasible commute to our office located in San Diego
- Desire to quickly identify customer needs and any potential issues to overturn and resolve in a timely manner
