Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT at Behavior Gains, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in reaching their goals. You will work directly with our clients, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in various settings (home, school, community)
- Collect data electronically to monitor progress of the clients we support
- Communicate with and support caregivers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective communication and program implementation
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to all policies and procedures set by the Behavior Gains clinical team
- Attend company trainings, meetings, and workshops
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Current FL Medicaid provider number
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations (Valid driver's license and car insurance)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move to/from seated and standing position frequently
- Ability to pass a background check and meet other employment requirements
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain at company expense
- Ability to work afternoons to early evenings
- Previous experience working in the field is preferred
