Inventory and Parts Coordinator
Join our dynamic team as an Inventory and Parts Coordinator! This in-person role is based in our warehouse and involves active, hands-on work. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our HVAC technicians are fully equipped to provide top-notch service by managing inventory levels, tracking parts, and coordinating timely deliveries from suppliers. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in maintaining smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Pick up and deliver parts efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Support various inventory-related tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory management or logistics preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Proficient with tablets and computers
- Comfortable with inventory management software
- Basic tech skills for operating electronic devices
