Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts have access to greater autonomy in individualizing assessment and treatment, support for maintaining a caseload that meets your individual scheduling needs, interests, expertise, and excellent opportunities for advancement. We work with clients of all ages and abilities in a variety of settings including family homes, community settings, group homes, and public and private schools. This position is primarily school-based with the flexibility to pick up additional cases and hours in the home/community settings.
BCBA Duties
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be considered
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients
- Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals
- Analyze and graph data weekly
- Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
- Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for RBTs
- Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements
- Complete billing bi-weekly
