Environment Control Phoenix is seeking a dedicated Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. We specialize in janitorial services and are committed to providing a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding.
· Employee Relations
· Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws, ensure compliance.
· Benefits Administration: Assist with enrollment, collaborate with providers.
· Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records.
Specific Duties:
· Manage health insurance, worker’s comp claims, EEOC reporting.
· Company events coordination.
· Maintain regular communication with HR and Operations teams.
· Place weekly recruitment advertisements.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years previous HR experience
· Understanding of employment laws
· Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Schedule / Benefits:
· Full-Time: Monday to Friday
· Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 - DOE
· Paid Holidays, Sick Time, Vacation
