Allstate Benefit Coordinator / Allstate Life Agent
We are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager & Life Insurance Specalist to oversee and administer employee benefits programs and individual final expense life linsurance. Allstate has enteres the final expense market and has become a major force in this field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing various benefit plans and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and is skilled in closing life applications.
**Duties:**
- Develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure benefits plans are competitive, cost-effective, and meet the needs of employees
- Collaborate with HR team to communicate benefits information to employees
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and vendors
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Oversee open enrollment processes and provide guidance to employees on benefit options
- Handle employee inquiries and issues related to benefits
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and benefit providers
- Ability to collect and analyze data for decision-making purposes
- Experience in employee relations and recruiting is a plus
