Walnut Capital is seeking an outgoing, organized and dependable Front Desk Administrator for our Bakery Square Campus capable of working in a dynamic environment. SUMMARY: Provide front desk services to tenants in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner as well as support to Facilities Manager and entire campus staff. Shift is standard Monday - Friday with potential for either part time or full time work *Please note, Part Time employees are not eligible for our full benefits package*. Hours span the time period of 7 AM to 6 PM. The right candidate will also have some flexibility for alternate shifts when needed.
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Sits/stands at front desk
- Perform Opening & Closing Duties per Front Desk Handbook
- Ensure Front Desk Manual is organized and all documents are updated by designated due date
- Respond to tenant requests and enter work orders, ensuring the necessary information is communicated; close work orders
- Provide follow-up to tenants
- Utilize access system and respond to badge requests, providing timely responses
- Serve as secondary site contact and manage tenants request / calls
- Answer phones
- Provide administrative support to campus staff including maintenance, security, grounds
- Assist Facilities Manager with various projects as well as specifically assigned facility operations
- Ensure personal appearance is consistent with Employee Handbook and specific property requirements
- Ensure TV and Computer screens are on the appropriate stations; monitor security cameras
- Ensure radios, labeling and serial numbers (located behind battery on each radio) all match
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum five years work experience
- Strong initiative and desire to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
