As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and supportive environment. This position also involves office management responsibilities, including payroll experience and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:

Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Office Management:

Assist with office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing documentation.

Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Support payroll processes and address basic payroll-related inquiries.
Communication and Coordination:

Liaise with various departments to facilitate effective communication.

Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.

Assist in organizing resident and family events.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.

Basic understanding of payroll processes and experience with payroll-related tasks.
