- Processing invoices that are obtained through Service Channel, USPS, or email.
- Audits and reports technician payroll variances to the Sr. Facility Manager and submits to payroll for processing
- Documents processes and keeps maintenance records

- Assists restaurant members in selecting the appropriate service type and vendor for their repair needs
- Vendor onboarding by processing new vendor paperwork; W9, COI and set up within the Service Channel portal
- Monitors maintenance budget spending
- Liaison with vendors and suppliers on behalf o management
- As directed, completes, and distributes preventative maintenance contracts for new vendors and current vendors, with whom contracts require addendums or are ready to expire.
- As directed, searches for new vendors for new restaurants and makes recommendations to the Sr. Facilities Manager and Facilities Supervisor.
Energy: We move with urgency and passion, while maintaining attention to detail
- Sends requests for proposal (RFP) for maintenance services and/or repairs as directed
- Responds to urgent maintenance calls
