Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise employees to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Create and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of restaurant staff.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
- Experience in coffee preparation and knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is a plus.
- Ability to provide assistance in various areas of the restaurant as needed.
- Proficient in team management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Skilled in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for employment.
- Excellent understanding of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Culinary background or experience in food service management is preferred.
