Bellin Health’s Home Care Equipment team is currently seeking Customer Support Associates (CSA) who are the frontline support to providing exceptional healthcare services to our customers and patients. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing service and sales in the home medical equipment showroom. You will play a crucial role in educating our patients on the features and benefits of the many products we provide. In doing so, you will be responsible for ensuing their needs are holistically met with the equipment, insurance, and appropriate appointments with therapists are scheduled to ensure an overall successful health plan. In addition, you will handle significant face to face and phone work with our patients to complete our intake process, gathering all of the necessary demographics, authorizations, pricing and billing for services.
On a given day as a Customer Support Associate, you will play the role of a collaborator, educator, and advocate for the patients. You will spend time:
- Conducting order intake tasks like collecting patient demographic information, verification of insurance, and determining patient eligibility of equipment, supplies, and services
- Greeting walk in customers and assist with product selection and fitting or,
- Ensuring showroom is replenished, organized and clean
- Providing fantastic customer service in the home medical equipment showroom and explaining product options, coverage and pricing
- Accepting payments, co-insurance and other payments to accounts
- Maintaining and managing customer accounts to ensure accuracy and necessary follow ups

- Strong computer/technology skills
- Home medical equipment customer service or retail experience is helpful, but will train the right candidate
