The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring safe and accurate production and distribution of products by assisting with some manufacturing, loading and unloading products, pulling orders from warehouse inventory and staging product distribution, among several other distribution related tasks. The primary duties of this position will be rotating product stocks, preparing products for distribution by wrapping/taping and packaging them for safe storage and shipping, moving products around the warehouse as directed by management, unloading from and loading products onto trucks.
These tasks will be completed using a forklift and/or pallet jack so, candidate will be required to be an experienced forklift driver with at least 3 years of experience operating a forklift.
The person filling this position will be required to work 3 to 5 days a week, M-F only. The work-shift days and times available for this position will be discussed by the employee and the general manager prior to hiring. If hired, a mutually agreed upon shift schedule will be set prior to the employee's start date. The employee will be required to work this set shift schedule unless manager approved revisions to the schedule are made.
This position may become a full-time position with the opportunity for advancement, for the right candidate.
--Essential Duties and Responsibilities:--
Locate products and supplies on warehouse shelves for use in production or order fulfillment.
Package, transport, and stage products and supplies for distribution.
Wrapping and packaging products for safe storage and distribution.
Maintain in-process inventory and report shortages.
Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
Documenting movement of products transported around the warehouse.
Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials.
Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
Loading products for delivery, pick up, or shipping.
Assisting the inventory manager with monitoring products entering or exiting the warehouse.
Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notifying management.
Ensuring that all products are safely and securely stored, correctly labeled and prepared for shipping.
Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.

· Ability to bend and stoop, and lift heavy materials
· Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 125 lbs w/ assistance.

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Minimum of 3 years of forklift experience required.
