Job Title: SaaS Product Implementation Lead

The SaaS Product Implementation Lead oversees the staff onboarding clients into the Dynafios APP. Their primary responsibility is to ensure client adoption and satisfaction with the product.
Responsibilities:
- Primary role to lead a team of implementation specialists and client management customer support experts in the Physician Compensation industry.
- Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and Dynafios APP platform administrators, deeply understanding each organization’s business goals, objectives, and needs that ultimately lead to customer retention. Not to mention revenue growth, and enthusiasm around the Dynafios APP!
- Lead new customer team implementations, including intense project management
- Manage internal record keeping and communication channels in a timely manner with all Dynafios stakeholders
- Know the Dynafios APP, its value proposition, user base and market it provides services to.
- Lead a team and take a proactive and consultative approach to help both the internal team, as well as customers achieve their goals and navigate internal barriers to adoption
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to collaborate and coordinate customer success throughout Dynafios.
- Provide strong guidance and expertise to your internal team and clients
- Engage customers in a trusted advisor role
- Assertively manage client progress toward key milestones to ensure successful launch
- Own all Dynafios clients’ rollout success including quality, smoothness, & customer satisfaction
- Learn constantly, starting with mastery of the product placement, value and industry
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Dynafios
- Stay abreast of Provider Compensation Management industry trends to engage stakeholders as thought partners
- Help the greater Dynafios implementation and account management team succeed by authoring content, leading projects, etc.
- Advocate for solutions when faced with challenging situations both internally and externally to the client
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS business focused on Customer Success or project/program management
- Experience in the SaaS market building deep relationships with customers and stakeholders, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the HR Enterprise market
- Able to learn new technologies quickly; software-savvy
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple programs & implementations
- Self-motivated; able to manage project deliverables proactively and independently
- Ability to lead, mentor and drive results from a small implementation and client management team
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills—you communicate in a way that builds trust
- You dive deep into the details but prioritize efforts that will have the greatest impact, making Dynafios clients pleased and advocates for the Dynafios APP

- Strong general project management, organizational, and time management skills with a track record of delivering on deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
