Sales
● Develop and execute strategies to create and surpass sales goals.
● Monitor sales data to refine strategies and prepare daily and monthly reports on topclients and sales performance.
● Ensure the brand is represented in-store through high-level customer service.
● Lead the team in sales through coaching, follow-up, and recognition.
● Oversee merchandise presentation and event setups in alignment with corporatestandards at us.
● Manage physical and digital inventory, customer data, and company documents,ensuring confidentiality and security.
Team Management and Operations
● Maintain consistent attendance, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and manage scheduling to meet store needs.
● Submit timely executive reports to the Sales Manager.
● Lead company initiatives, communicate objectives and priorities clearly to the team.
● Cultivate a high level of shortage awareness and implement loss prevention policies.
● Assume full store leadership in the absence of Sales Associates, and contribute to strategic planning.
● Market company product: find new ways to reach out and build customer base through word of mouth, promotion, personal and networking.
Marketing and Customer Engagement
● Enhance customer base through various marketing strategies including word of mouth, promotions, and personal networking.
● Coach Associates to ensure high customer engagement and fulfillment of customer needs.
● Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Development and TrainingConduct necessary training for Sales Associates, keeping the team updated on new topics and promotions.Recognize and celebrate sales successes, provide coaching to improve performance.Foster personal and professional growth by attending workshops, reading professional publications, and networking.
Qualifications:
Experience
● A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
Management Skills
● Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
● Strong leadership profile and negotiation skills
Other Skills
● English and Mandarin (professional level)
● Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
● Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct teams.
● Ability to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively and persist in the face ofobstacles.
Work Hours
● Flexibility with schedule, dependent upon business needs . Store hours : 11am to 7 pm •
Paid Vacation : Accrual 10 days / year Sick leave : 40/hrs Paid holiday if you work paid holiday, you receive comp day.
Salary : Up to $60K/ year (Exempt)
