- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverage stations are clean and fully stocked
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot/cold food options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Flexibility to work early mornings, Regular start time is 6am
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy trays or equipment if necessary
