The Entry Level Business Development team is responsible for stimulating account growth, driving revenue, and paving the way for regional and nationwide expansion possibilities. As we prepare for next year, the Entry Level Business Development team will be the go-to-market and account expert for client executives and the internal sales team. Our Entry Level Business Development team acts as a guide throughout each sales experience, building long-lasting relationships and providing a seamless and straightforward process for the customer.
Entry Level Business Development Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers to expand the consumer base
- Act as the face of the brand, ensuring each customer has a positive experience
- Learn and apply general knowledge of the clients, products, and services
- Conduct follow-ups, order entry, and quote generation
- Actively identify and engage new potential accounts through individual sales efforts
- Resolve customer queries and offer practical solutions to drive client sales revenue
- Interacting with qualified leads, reviewing product and service options, and efficiently closing the sale
- Stay current on industry trends and consumer buying activities
- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline's functionality
- Allocate contracts and complete agreements to maximize profitability for our clients
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of client's brands, promotional services, and profitability targets
Entry Level Business Development Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position preferred but not required
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to guidelines with a keen sense of detail
- Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding set quotas
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills
- Understand basic sales strategies and customer demand
- Possess high levels of independence, reliability, and resilience

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
