Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to fill the role of Marketing, Social Media, and Content Creator. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various platforms, managing our social media presence, and creating high-quality content to engage our audience and promote our brand(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) to increase followers and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and user engagement data to optimize content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales and Brands) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking, curious mindset, and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
