We are looking for an individual with a background in Mortgage and Accounting to work 20-25 hours per week to prepare mortgage loan payoffs, mortgage releases/assignments, and to record documents either electronically or in person with the appropriate County Clerk. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones and running office errands.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, exhibit a positive attitude, possess a down-to-earth personality and is comfortable working with others in a small office setting.
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Working knowledge of loan documentation, loan systems, and loan operations
· Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in Excel, Word, Doc Prep, letter writing, math skills.
· Working knowledge of legal property terminology with regards to the content of deeds/mortgages.
· Able to assist staff to help them stay organized and focused on advanced responsibilities.
Job Details:
· Preparation of payoff loan documents.
· Prepare release and assignment documents for recording in person or e-filed.
· Greet Customers with personality and intelligence to represent our Company and guide our customers or Run Errands- post office, bank packets delivered to banks.
· Answer phones, take messages.
· Credit Card Charge receipt tracking-processing for Accountant.
· Opening and logging mail received and picking up Post Office Box mail.
· Entering and reviewing charges entered for customers to the loan management system.
· Assist with making phone calls to collect insurance information for loans.
· Scan and file loan documents.
· Assist with certified mailings.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
