HHHC is looking to hire an ambitious, committed, and hard-working professional to join our team full-time as an Office Support Coordinator. Our administrative team is small and the growth potential in this role is high.
Primary Duties Include
- Answering phone calls, and greeting clients and field staff
- Helping to answer questions and provide information to clients and employees, distributing checks and timecards, setting appointments, and following up on processes
- Ordering/managing supplies and providing administrative assistance to other departments
- Learning policies and regulations of our programs/services
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and friendly/positive demeanor
- Ability to multitask, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Hmong speaker preferred
