InReach Storage LLC is looking for a highly motivated friendly team member who is able to work full time and help our growing company.
MAJOR FUNCTION
The Office & Marketing Assistant will assist multiple departments (Sales, Warehouse, Personnel, etc) by handling the daily office work, but will also participate with any variety of special projects that may require marketing skills, computer skills, and the ability to manage your time to prioritize and complete each task.
Office Team Members are an integral part of fostering the team environment within our organization, and supporting the outstanding customer experience we deliver to our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Routine Office Work:
- Data entry (into Excel & QuickBooks)
- Incoming calls
- Follow-up with customers by email, phone, or text
- Filing and scanning
- Track and reorder office supplies & marketing materials
- Setup meeting & schedules
- Schedule deliveries and follow-ups with missing deliveries
Higher-Level Office Work:
- Sales (Learn our products to be able to guide customers)
- Customer interaction
- Scheduling (on-site consults, and jobs at a later date)
- Create sales reports
Marketing:
- Update website and social media
- Create / modify brochures, flyers, etc
- Mass emailing for periodic company notices
- Create product or training videos
- Create picture book catalogs
- Implement SEO
Special Projects:
- Vendor research
- Write procedures
- Other (as they arise)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years’ experience actively working with the public in a customer service or office position (Office Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry, Advertising / Marketing, etc)
- Training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Office 365, and QuickBooks
- WordPress (preferred)
- Photoshop (or other photo editing)
General Skills
- Highly organized
- Time management
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Must be able to follow instructions (verbal & written)
- Strong math skills
- Problem solving
- Self-accountability
- Must be able to work independently, but know when to seek guidance
