Job Summary:
Join our new Raleigh location team as a Direct Customer Consultant where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking individuals with outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong data entry skills to accurately record customer information and update databases
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to meet customer needs and achieve goal targets
- Collaborate with our team of supervisors to communicate customer feedback and contribute to promoting strategies
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus (Bilingual)
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues
- Familiarity with techniques to solving customer issues
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software for accurate record keeping
