Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop contracts and review proposals with the Sales Manager and resolve any issues that may arise.
- 3 to 5 years Landscape sales experience
- Help generate field estimates and take-offs for landscape contracts.
- Cultivate relationships with prospects to create leads and possibilities for new business.
- Collaborate with clients to determine the appropriate service frequencies and specifications that will meet expectations.
- Help with Transition once the job is sold.
- Track their daily activity by updating pipeline and schedule.
- This is NOT a remote job; you will need to report to the office every day.
