Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with company projects, and maintaining efficient consistency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Answer inbound phone calls on multiline phone system, and provide strong customer service
- Provide administrative support
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite to create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, uploading, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate projects, maintain and track progress with the team, and meet deadlines.
- Assist with company events
- Exhibits polite and professional communication
- Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Drive the company care once a day to courier items between our two offices
- Supports the team by preforming tasks related to the organization
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management practices
- Enjoys working within a team and is a team player
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support principles
- Must have a driver’s license and a good driving record
