POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Monitoring & Integration Engineer to join our IT team and take ownership of our ServiceNow environment while implementing and managing system and application performance monitoring software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, integration, and performance monitoring, with a focus on optimizing the reliability and performance of our technology infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and administer Fontainebleau's ServiceNow environment, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems and applications.

Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems and tools to streamline data exchange and automate workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement integrations that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Implement and configure system and application performance monitoring software to monitor the health, performance, and availability of critical IT services and infrastructure.

Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide real-time visibility into system performance and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.

Conduct performance analysis and optimization activities to improve the reliability, scalability, and responsiveness of Fontainebleau's technology infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to IT service management, integration, and performance monitoring, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on IT service management, integration, and performance monitoring.

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization, including experience with ITSM, PPM, and CMDB modules.

Hands-on experience with system and application performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.

Experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems and applications using RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.

Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for IT service management and delivery.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ServiceNow Integration preferred.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships.

Experience with casino management systems and hospitality technology.

Experience with cybersecurity best practices.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Team Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
