We are looking for a top-performing, experienced Front Office Manager. Our front office manager acts as the face of the establishment and is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services from the moment someone walks through the door. Excellent communication skills are required to hire, train, and supervise hotel front desk staff, interact with guests during check-in and throughout their stay. Additional tasks include mitigating hotel guest complaints, compiling occupancy reports and financial information. This is a supervisory role overseeing front desk operations. Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

Maintains day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.

Promoting our Guest Satisfaction Scores to exceed brand standard

Establishes and maintains appropriate service standards for all Front Office areas.

Maintains proper cash handling procedures and appropriate over/short documentation.

Adheres to all hotel policies with regards to hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation.

Requirements:
