STORAGE FACILITY MANAGER / SALES PERSON - Houston Inner Loop
Results oriented, accountable sales person wanted to manage the day-to-day operations of a state of the art self storage facility. Experience in self storage is not required. We are looking for an energetic teammate with good communication skills, professional appearance, and one that can maintain a positive attitude along with a desire to succeed.
SALES FOCUS:
- Candidates must have strong sales skills during regular interaction with prospective customers.
- Provide excellent phone sales and service commitment to prospective and current customers.
- Candidate must be goal oriented to rent storage units, achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Maintain friendly, courteous relations with customers, potential customers, vendors, and staff.
- Provide watchful observation and care of the Property.
OFFICE MANAGER DUTIES:
- Candidates must be organized and administratively proficient with good computer skills (Microsoft Office proficient: Word, Outlook, Excel proficient).
- Office responsibilities include: executing leases, managing cash collections, reporting results, maintaining property appearance, and light cleaning of the Property.
- Self Storage software / Point of Sale software knowledge is a plus.
Big Tex Self Storage is looking for a qualified manager (full time position) and assistant manager (full-time position) for our Houston stores. We operate 5 best-in-class storage facilities inside the Loop of Houston and continue to grow with two more stores in development. Do you have what it takes to join the Big Tex team?!? Pay: $15 - $17 per hour + sales bonus ($300 to $500 per month).
Local candidates that live within 10 miles of the following zip codes required: 77027, 77056, and 77008. High school diploma or GED required. Work on Sunday 10am to 2pm required. All candidates must submit to a background check and/or drug test prior to being hired.
