Your Role
As an AR Specialist at Encore Luxury Coaches, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our revenue cycle through meticulous data entry and customer service. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining detailed financial records. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional luxury entertainment travel experiences by ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in data processing and customer service will help us maintain strong financial health, supporting our continued growth and commitment to excellence in service.
Responsibilities

Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients promptly, maintaining up-to-date records of all receivable transactions.

Record and apply incoming payments accurately, reconciling accounts receivable balances.

Handle work orders and journal entries for intercompany transactions.

Oversee collections and aging reports, following up on overdue accounts and addressing client inquiries.

Generate client portfolios, set up new customers in our system, and maintain those records.

Assist in month-end closing processes, audit preparations, and prepare regular accounts receivable reports.

Lead process improvements in accounts receivable and foster outstanding service relationships with clients and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

At least 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, data entry, or a similar role.

Strong customer service skills.

Proficiency in data entry, processing and reconciliation.
Preferred Requirements

Experience with NetSuite

Experience with collections is a plus
