Responsibilities
- Provide quality behavior-analytic services to clients.
- Implement acquisition and reduction programs
- Implement of behavioral programming
- Collect, review and analyze data with fidelity
- Ensure compliance with all state, local, and funding source standards
- Assist/Train caregivers on behavioral programs and procedures
- Provide services based upon the individual's services authorization
- Promote a team approach incorporating caregivers in treatment
- Submit all documentation necessary for billing insurance in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Lead Analyst (Master's Degree)
- Familiarity with a variety of assessment types
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- The willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Complete ongoing documentation as needed
- Provide supervision to RBTs
- Ability to travel throughout our service area
