Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing current customer accounts
- Actively seeking new accounts and represents the company to potential customers
- Evaluating customer needs and make recommendations based on their needs
- Meet sales goals set by Weldon
- Develop and maintain knowledge of services specific to each customer and the products needed to perform those services
- Prepare weekly sales route and complete all call reports
- Picking up and delivering tires to customers on a weekly basis
Requirements;
- Be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Ability to sell and move product
- Have a clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Strong work ethic
