Job Description
The inside sales representative is responsible for following up on sales lead opportunities, scheduling sales and services for designated call lists, research and resolution of customer service issues and inquiries, responsible for individual achievement and/or exceeding of monthly sales quota.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming requests via telephone and email request for sales/service
- Provide superior customer service in issue resolutions and provide solutions for customer satisfaction
- Warm/Cold Calls
- Initiate, establish, and build strong customer relationships, retention, and loyalty to our customer base.
- Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on potential and targeted customers.
- Input customer orders, quotes, bids, etc. for products.
- Responsible for sending, receiving, and completing calls and tasks for work completion
- Maintain accurate and up to date database information
- Coordinate daily schedules of service technicians according to customer and technician availability
- Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Participate and contribute to company meetings, conference calls, and other activities
- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge
- Represent Dupure in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Additional customer service/administrative functions or directives assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Comprehensive training on all of our products
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Works well in a professional team environment
The compensation range includes commissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
