Develops and delivers a variety of training programs to live audiences. Provides stand-up classroom instruction. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. Bachelors degree and 5+ years directly related experience or Masters degree and 3+ years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles. Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain technical roles.

As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide in-person instruction for our client through classroom-based instruction. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including teaching a diverse and global customer.

You Have:

Experience instructing both small, including 1-2, and large, including 50+, audiences
-
Experience applying adult learning theories to professional learning environments
-
Experience in training plan and strategy.

Ability to work a flexible workweek supporting classes 2 to 3 times a week

Bachelor's degree

Ability & willingness to travel to deliver in-person trainings
Nice If You Have:-
Experience designing and developing curricula using adult instructional design methodologies

Master's degree in Adult Learning

Adult Learning Facilitation or Instructional Design Certifications

Compensation:
The salary for this role will be between $70-$80,000 annually, plus benefits commensurate on experience.
