Job Description
Davis Real Estate Inc. is seeking a full-time or part-time property management accountant to join our expanding family. This person will be responsible for tracking accounts receivables as well as processing accounts payables. Our ideal candidate should take pride in their work and accuracy in bookkeeping as well as contribute to the success of our close team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and application of debits and credits
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handling collections
- Communicating with clients through verbal and written methods
- Credit checks and applications
- Bank deposits
- Delinquency reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in general accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset
