Position: Loan Documentation Specialist
The Loan Document Specialist assists lenders and their assistants by preparing and processing consumer and commercial loan documentation, ordering and obtaining any necessary supporting documents, performing post-closing tasks, inputting and uploading loans on the Bank’s core software system. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior banking experience, a firm understanding of federal and state lending regulations, superior multi-tasking ability, strong clerical skills, strong communication skills, and good organizational skills. Prior loan document processing, LaserPro experience, and TRID knowledge is highly desirable, but not required.
Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of two years processing or underwriting experience in a loan production environment utilizing automated company underwriting systems. Must possess strong organization skills with the ability to multi task while meeting or exceeding critical deadlines in an environment prone to interruptions.
