This role is to deliver exceptional customer service balanced with commercial sensibility such that customers become and remain advocates of Temenos. At its heart, this role is to ensure that the customer experience is exceptional, proactive and focused on business outcomes meeting agreed measures.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will focus on ensuring optimal outcomes for our customers and growing our commercial relationship.

You will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

You will understand and analyze client needs and business objectives to ensure our solutions meet and exceed their requirements leading to a successful outcome.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, Legal, Support and Services to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

You will conduct regular engagement cadence with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive product adoption.

You will provide ongoing training and support to clients, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our solutions.

You will act as an advocate for clients within the organization, effectively communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams.

You will monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and proactively address any issues.

You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our banking software products and services, becoming a subject matter expert.

You should have an understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office) and, thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives.
- You should have a proven record of accomplishment in a customer facing role with relevant experience within the same domain (5 years or more)

You should be able to deal with people at all levels within an organization and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision-makers. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust, and credibility.

You should be highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

You should have a university education in relevant business disciplines such as Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science.

You should have effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. International exposure and ability to be deployed across regions as required.

You should have experience in working with CRM systems.
