Responsibilities:
Our growing Customer Service Team is looking for determined individuals who are skilled problem solvers that take pride in providing excellent customer service. Our representatives correspond to our expanding distributor base via phone, email, and various media platforms. Our Customer Service team members work closely with various internal and external entities to provide the highest level of customer support.
· Answer inquiries via phone, email, chat & fax, responding to all inquiries in a professional and timely manner
· Timely processing of orders and precise data entry
· Ability to identify and resolve issues in regards to shipments and/or order processing
· Build rapport with each customer; Actively listens to customer's requests and needs
· Handles each call until resolution is reached, including follow-up to ensure actions promised are completed
· Resolve problems by clarifying issues; research & explore answers and alternative solutions; implement solutions; escalate unresolved problems
Skills and Qualifications:
· Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, co-workers and visitors
· Prior customer service, data entry, or call center experience
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills a must
· Ability to multi-task and easily change gears
· Strong interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills
· Professional and customer friendly phone etiquette
· Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
· Microsoft Office
· Bilingual Spanish a plus
