Overview:
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Online and OneDrive Administrator to join our IT team and lead our cloud-based collaboration and storage platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and governance of our SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments, as well as providing end-user support and training. You will also be involved in strategic planning, project management, and innovation initiatives related to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and monitor SharePoint Online and OneDrive sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.

Implement and enforce policies and best practices for data protection, retention, and compliance.

Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive user profiles, licenses, and quotas.

Resolve technical issues and provide end-user support and guidance.

Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of SharePoint Online and OneDrive with other systems and applications.

Develop and deliver training and documentation for SharePoint Online and OneDrive users and administrators.

Stay updated on the latest features and trends of SharePoint Online and OneDrive and recommend improvements and enhancements.

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of SharePoint Online and OneDrive projects and initiatives.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SharePoint Online and OneDrive administrators and other IT staff.

Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions related to SharePoint Online and OneDrive and propose innovative ideas to enhance our collaboration and storage capabilities.
Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.

At least 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Online and OneDrive administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive architecture, administration, and functionality.

Proficient in PowerShell, SharePoint Online Management Shell, and Microsoft Graph API.

Familiar with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools and features.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and global environment.

Certification in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online is a plus.

Proven experience in leading and managing SharePoint Online and OneDrive projects and initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach other IT staff and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
