We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our computer systems.
Duties:
- Input and update data into databases and computerized systems
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Assist with clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work with Excel, including pivot tables
- Familiarity with order entry processes
- Basic understanding of clerical duties
- Competency in using computerized systems for data entry
- Knowledge with DATATECH, maintaining and organizing files
