Support, Inc. has an opening for Qualified Professionals for our Intensive In-Home program. We are looking to hire team members in the next 30 days to meet the growing need in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic activities and interventions for children and adolescents who are at risk for out of home placement.
- Work with 2 to 3 team members, led by a therapist, with a maximum caseload of 12 members per team.
- Learn and implement our evidence-based practice, Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy.
- Assist with leading Child and Family Team meetings and developing/updating Person Centered Plans and other required documents.
- Meet weekly as a team to staff cases and determine the best plan of action for members.
The schedule is very flexible, but it should be expected that a majority of visits will be done after kids are home from school. All IIH team members are expected to complete 10 visits per week. This is a full-time, salaried position, with health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. Mileage reimbursement also available. There are numerous opportunities for growth within the company. Supervision for our teams and ongoing support is provided on-site by our clinical coordinators and supervisors, our clinical director, and our board-certified child psychiatrist.
Support, Inc. has been providing child/adolescent mental health and substance use services to Gaston, Cleveland, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, and Catawba counties for over 20 years. Support, Inc. provides the full array of child/adolescent mental health and substance abuse services with the exception of level 3 and PRTF services.
