You must have a Master’s degree in social work or marriage and family therapy from an accredited university. You also must be registered or in the process of registering with the Behavioral Board of Sciences. Child-adolescent mental health experience and bilingual Spanish preferred.

Therapist Role and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Psychosocial/diagnostic/risk assessment
- Individual/family/group therapy and crisis support
- Clinical documentation in an electronic health record system
- Telehealth and in-person services (currently we have a hybrid work policy and are providing some of our services via telehealth)
- Clinic/school/home—based services depending on client and program needs (currently providing some of our services via telehealth)
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Linkage to other services and resources
What We Are Looking For
- Have a master’s degree in social work or counseling psychology from an accredited university
- Registered or in the process of registering as a ACSW/AMFT/APCC with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) OR possess a valid CA LCSW/LMFT/LPCC
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization/time-management skills

Pay: $66,560.00 - $76,000.00 per year
