Overview
Since the first estiatorio Milos was founded in Montreal in 1979, our refined gastronomy has transcended the globe and acquired passionate fans in all of our locations. The Milos experience is about far more than an exquisite meal. It encompasses the time-honored virtue of hospitality or, to put it in Greek, philoxenia.
As Head Server, also known as Captain at Milos, you will embody the epitome of Greek hospitality. With multiple years of experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant, you will lead by example to curate an unforgettable guest experience and pave the way for the meal ahead. You will set the tone, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Milos standards and will serve as the main source of knowledge regarding all things Milos for your guests. The Captain has an excellent understanding of all current menu offerings and is able to make appropriate wine pairings suggestions.
