Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Administrator to assist with providing oversight of facility operations within a substance abuse facility providing detoxification and residential care services. The ideal candidate will have expertise and knowledge in facilities management, project management, and maintenance operations. Working in partnership with an engaged management team and committed staff, the Facilities Administrator will be responsible for assisting with the overall management of the facility, including care services, administrative functions, building maintenance, procurement, accounting and general operations as well as safety officer duties. This includes ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, evaluating and developing program policies as directed by the Executive Director.
● Provides strong leadership to engage and motivate facility staff in service to our clients and community;
● Recommend and lead as warranted subsequent revisions to operational planning efforts to designated area of responsibility and positively influence the behavioral health operations through leadership, advocacy, practices and peer cooperation.
● Provide leadership in the implementation of programs and accreditation standards
● Assure compliance with State Licensing Regulations
● Organizes and manages program staffing coverage, this may include staff managed by others
● Liaises with third party billing and its entities as warranted
● Assists with AMA blocking and client management
● Works with management team to ensure required training is provided to staff to ensure appropriate licensing and/or certification/recertification
● Maintains and updates the Hurricane Planning Binder
● Provides supervision and performance reviews to assigned staff
● Provides crisis management and assists in emergency consultation as needed
● Provides input in cases presented by staff for feedback and assistance
● Evaluates quality of treatment program on an ongoing basis
● Provides for staff development (i.e., supervision, educational, etc.)
● Works collaboratively with peer managers in order to develop, implement, evaluate and maintain a healthy treatment environment
● Demonstrates adaptability & flexibility to changes in the work environment
● Attend all Staff and Quality Assurance committee meetings as assigned
● May assist with Senior Management Meetings as warranted
● Assists with facilitating Community Meetings for consumers with the treatment team
● Assists as warranted with the initiation and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
● Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvement
● Supervise other managers only as warranted and directed by the Executive Director to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
● Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
● Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
● Ensure program operations and activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies
● Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
● Work with leadership to set goals and objectives for programs.
● Resolve problems between program teams and other internal stakeholders.
● Coordinate with directors and other stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans. This includes deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols.
● Provide processes for monitoring performance and collaborating with program teams to determine ways to improve

***Candidate must possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree in the field of behavioral health or business degree with experience in the field of behavioral health.***
State of Emergency:
In the event that a state of emergency is declared, employees may be required to stay on site during the state of emergency period, based on their position. This may include situations such as hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, or any other government declared state of emergency, as well as an extraordinary company emergency as designated by the Chief Operations Officer. As a part of their job responsibilities, designated employees are expected to work through the state of emergency. These employees will be relieved by other staff when it is safe and reasonable to do so.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
